Full course overview

Answering the same e-mails, copying information from one tool to another, chasing a quote, preparing joining instructions, posting on social media… These small repetitive tasks eat up hours every week, at the expense of your core business. Artificial intelligence and no-code automation tools can free you from them, provided you know where to start and stay in control. This course shows you how to automate your business step by step, without code.

What you will learn

Across 11 modules and 51 videos, you will learn to spot the tasks that are worth automating, to make good use of AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, and then to build your own scenarios with Make, n8n or Zapier, without writing a single line of code.

  • Sort your e-mails and prepare draft replies
  • Automate appointments, forms, CRM, quotes and invoices
  • Repurpose and schedule your social media posts
  • Generate your documents and organise your customer support
  • Set up AI agents and MCP connectors with safeguards

A practical, responsible method

Every concept is demonstrated on screen using real cases: a freelancer, a small business and a trainer. You work on your own common-thread project and build, step by step, a system tailored to your business. We also cover what is often forgotten: error monitoring, cost control, GDPR (EU data protection rules), access security and human approval before any sensitive action.
