Programme terms
- The commission is calculated on the course price actually paid, after your code's discount (excluding mentoring options).
- It is confirmed 14 days after the course has been paid in full (the buyer's withdrawal period). For instalment payments, it is confirmed after the last instalment.
- It is cancelled if the order is refunded or cancelled.
- Confirmed commissions are paid by bank transfer every month.
- Buying with your own code does not earn a commission.
- Not allowed: unsolicited messages (spam), misleading advertising, promises of results or income, buying ads on the MYPASCHOOL name, presenting yourself as MYPASCHOOL. Any breach leads to the code being suspended.
- Commissions are income that you declare according to your situation (individual, sole trader, company). As required by French law, MYPASCHOOL reports to the tax authorities any commissions exceeding €1,200 per year per recipient.
- MYPASCHOOL may change the programme after notifying partners by email; commissions already recorded remain due under the rules in force at the time of the sale.
