Article 1 — Who we are
These general terms of sale apply to the courses, books and one-to-one mentoring sessions sold by MYPASCHOOL, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €500, SIREN 909 137 044, SIRET 909 137 044 00030, registered office at 5 rue du Clos des Peupliers, 58240 Langeron, France. President: Yvon-Patrick Mamia.

Training organisation declaration registered under number 27580099158 with the prefect of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. This registration does not constitute State approval.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Article 2 — Scope
These terms apply to any order placed on the website by an individual (consumer) or a professional (company, freelancer, association). Placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order. A training agreement may complement them when a company or funding body pays for the course.
Article 3 — Courses
Each course is described on its page and in its downloadable syllabus: objectives, prerequisites, audience, duration, format, access times, price, teaching methods, assessment methods and accessibility for people with disabilities.
Access to the platform is personal and may not be transferred. Its duration is stated on the course page.
Article 4 — Ordering
Orders are placed online: choice of the course or books, your details (and the delivery address for a print book), review of the summary, payment. The order is confirmed by a summary email.
Professionals may ask for a quote; the order becomes final when the quote or agreement is signed.
Article 5 — Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is secure, by card (Stripe or SumUp) or PayPal. MYPASCHOOL stores no bank details.
When payment in instalments is offered for a course, the number and amount of instalments are shown before you confirm. If an instalment remains unpaid, a reminder is sent; without payment within 3 days, access to the course is paused, then restored as soon as payment is received. The pause does not cancel the amounts still due.
Courses funded by a third party (employer, France Travail): please contact us; the funder's conditions then also apply.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal for courses
6.1 Course bought online by an individual. You have 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving any reason (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Send a clear statement to contact@mypaschool.fr or the form at the bottom of this page. You are refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Immediate access. If you ask to start the course straight away, you expressly agree when ordering that access begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins (article L.221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code). For live classes and coaching started at your request before the end of the period, the part already provided remains due if you withdraw (article L.221-25).
6.2 Vocational training contract signed by an individual paying for their own training. A 10-day withdrawal period runs from the signature of the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (article L.6353-5 of the French Labour Code). No payment may be required before the end of this period; the deposit is then limited to 30% of the price (article L.6353-6).
6.3 Professionals. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.
Article 7 — Books (shop)
7.1 Prices. Book prices are set by the publisher, in accordance with French law no. 81-766 of 10 August 1981 on book prices. Shipping costs are shown before payment, depending on the delivery country. For delivery in France, shipping cannot be free and costs at least €3 for book orders under €35 (law no. 2021-1901 of 30 December 2021).
7.2 Delivery of print books. Books are sent by La Poste, in France and worldwide, to the address given when ordering, within an indicative 5 working days after payment. An email with the tracking number is sent on dispatch. Unless another time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order (article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code). The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel (article L.216-4). For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.
7.3 Withdrawal for a print book. You have 14 days from receiving the book to withdraw (article L.221-18). The book must be returned in good condition within 14 days of your withdrawal; return costs are paid by you. The refund, including the original standard delivery costs, is made within 14 days of the withdrawal and may be postponed until the returned book is received (article L.221-24).
7.4 Ebooks. The file (PDF or EPUB) can be downloaded from your account, under “My books”, as soon as you pay, up to 10 downloads per purchase. By asking for immediate access when ordering, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the first download (article L.221-28, 13°). Ebooks are for personal use only: they may not be shared, resold or distributed.
7.5 Guarantees. Books benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). A damaged or incomplete book is replaced or refunded: write to us with a photo.
Article 7a — One-to-one mentoring sessions
7a.1 Nature and rates. A mentoring session is a one-to-one video call of 30 minutes or one hour with the trainer, focused on the topic you give when booking. The rate is €80 per hour (€40 per half hour). It is €50 per hour (€25 per half hour) for anyone enrolled in at least one MYPASCHOOL course and signed in to their account when booking. Sessions can also be bought as an option with a course: they form a mentoring time credit, used by booking a slot in the schedule.
7a.2 Booking and payment. Available slots are shown on the Mentoring page, from 24 hours to 6 weeks ahead, in Paris time. The booking is firm once paid online or once your mentoring credit is used; the slot is held for 20 minutes during payment. You receive by email the confirmation, the video link and a calendar invitation, then a reminder the day before the session.
7a.3 Moving and cancelling by the client. Up to 48 hours before the start of the session, you can move or cancel it from your account, under “My mentoring sessions”. A session cancelled within this period is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method; if it was paid with a credit, the time is returned to you. Less than 48 hours before the start, the session can no longer be moved or cancelled and remains due, except in duly justified cases of force majeure and subject to your right of withdrawal (7a.4). If you do not attend, the session is due; if you are late, it ends at the scheduled time.
7a.4 Consumer right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from the booking to withdraw (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by writing to contact@mypaschool.fr or using the form at the end of this page. When the session takes place before the end of this period, you expressly request, when booking, that it be performed before the period expires, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully performed (article L.221-28, 1°). If you withdraw before the session, you are refunded in full within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.
7a.5 Moving or cancelling by MYPASCHOOL. If the trainer is unavailable or has a technical problem, you are informed as early as possible and choose between a new slot and a full refund of the session.
7a.6 How sessions work. The session takes place by video call (Google Meet or Zoom): you need a computer or tablet, a stable internet connection and, ideally, a headset. Recording the session without the trainer's consent is prohibited (article 9). Mentoring is personalised support: MYPASCHOOL undertakes to give its best advice (best-efforts obligation), with no guarantee of a particular result.
Article 8 — Cancellation, postponement and dropping out of a course
By the learner, after the withdrawal period: a request to postpone a fixed-date session is accepted free of charge if made at least 7 days before it starts. If you drop out because of duly justified force majeure (illness, accident, serious event), only the services actually followed are due, pro rata (article L.6354-1 of the Labour Code). Before any dropout, we offer a conversation to find a solution: pause, postponement or later restart.
By MYPASCHOOL: a live class may be postponed if the trainer is unavailable or there are too few participants. You are told as early as possible and choose between a new date and a refund of the part not delivered.
Article 9 — Learner obligations and intellectual property
The learner agrees to follow the internal rules, not to share their login details and not to copy or distribute the content. Materials, videos, books and documents are protected by copyright and reserved for personal use.
Article 10 — Certificate and attendance
A certificate of completion is issued, stating the objectives, the nature and duration of the course and the results of the assessment. Online attendance is evidenced by the platform's records: a certificate of achievement and an attendance record (measured learning time, quizzes, live classes attended, logins) can be downloaded from the learner's account.
Article 11 — Liability
MYPASCHOOL uses all necessary means to deliver its services properly (obligation of means). It cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the user's equipment or internet connection, or in cases of force majeure.
Article 12 — Personal data
The data collected is used to manage orders, courses, deliveries, invoicing and quality monitoring, in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and port your data: write to contact@mypaschool.fr.
Article 13 — Complaints and mediation
Complaints can be sent through the website's complaint form or to contact@mypaschool.fr. An acknowledgement is emailed immediately and a written reply is sent within 10 working days at the latest.
If the disagreement persists, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator within one year of their written complaint: CM2C, 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
Article 14 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement or mediation, consumers may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when ordering or that of the defendant (article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code). Between professionals, the Commercial Court of Nevers has jurisdiction.
