The 10 articles of the rules

  1. Scope

These rules apply to anyone enrolled on a MYPASCHOOL (SASU) course, for the entire duration of the course. Taking the course constitutes acceptance of these rules.

  2. Place of training

Distance learning courses are followed at the place chosen by the learner (in agreement with their employer, where applicable). For in-person courses, the rules of the host venue apply.

  3. Health and safety

Each learner follows the health and safety instructions of the training venue. If the course takes place in a company with its own internal rules, that company's health and safety rules apply. Smoking is prohibited in shared premises.

  4. Schedules and attendance

Schedules are set according to the agreed timetable; in distance learning, learners progress at their own pace. Attendance is monitored by attendance sheet (in person) or by platform login records (distance learning).

  5. Conduct

Everyone behaves respectfully towards the trainer and the other participants, both in sessions and in online discussion spaces.

  6. Recordings and documentation

Recording or filming sessions without permission is prohibited. Course materials are protected by copyright and are strictly for personal use.

  7. End of the course

A certificate of completion is automatically given to the learner at the end of the course.

  8. Sanctions

Any breach may, depending on its seriousness, result in a reminder of the rules, a written warning, a reprimand, or temporary or permanent exclusion. Fines and other financial penalties are prohibited. The employer or funder is informed where necessary.

  9. Disciplinary procedure

No sanction may be imposed without the learner first being informed of the complaints against them. They are invited to an interview, at which they may be accompanied. The sanction is notified in writing, no earlier than one clear day and no later than fifteen days after the interview.

  10. Learner representation

For group courses lasting more than 500 hours, a delegate and a deputy delegate are elected under the conditions laid down in the French Labour Code.
