Yes. The courses are 100% online: short videos organised into modules, with worksheets and exercises. You progress whenever you like, on a computer, tablet or phone. The platform remembers your progress: you pick up exactly where you left off, even in the middle of a video.

The access period is shown on each course page, before you buy. For most of our courses, access is unlimited: you can rewatch the videos and download the resources for as long as you like.

Our courses are designed first and foremost for beginners. Prerequisites are listed on each course page: usually a computer, an internet connection and sometimes a free account on a tool (ChatGPT, Canva…). Everything is explained step by step, without jargon.

The catalogue can be filtered by subject: web, design, artificial intelligence, publishing, personal development. Each course page shows the syllabus module by module, the objectives and the target audience. If in doubt, book a free call: we will help you choose based on your project.

Some courses are offered before they open, at a launch price. You reserve your place now; on the opening date shown on the course page, you receive your login details by email. The first modules are open from the start, then a new module opens every week. You keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.

The website and student area are available in French and English, and every course has an English version (texts, syllabus, course pages). The videos are recorded in French; some live sessions, articles and books are only available in French.

Choose your course, click “Enrol”, enter your name and email, then pay online. Your account is created automatically: you receive an email to choose your password and access your course.

Bank card (via Stripe or SumUp) and PayPal. Payment is fully secure: your card details are entered with the payment provider and MYPASCHOOL never has access to them. Your invoice is sent to you automatically.

Yes, for courses that offer it: in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments by bank card. The amount of each instalment is shown before you confirm. You access the course from the first instalment; the following ones are charged automatically every month.

Enter the code in the “Promo code” box on the checkout page: the discount immediately appears in the summary. If you arrive through a partner's link, the code is already filled in.

You have 14 days after your order to withdraw and get a refund, without having to give a reason. If you ask to start the course straight away, you agree when ordering that access begins before the end of this period: the exact conditions are set out in our terms of sale.

If your employer or another funder is to pay, contact us before ordering: we will explain the options and draw up a quote or agreement. Our courses are not currently eligible for the French CPF.

Live sessions are free video-conference workshops, announced on the Live sessions page. Register in one click: you receive the joining link by email, a reminder the day before, and you can add it to your calendar. During the session, you ask the trainer your questions.

Recorded live sessions appear in the “Replays” section of the Live sessions page, with their resources when available. You can watch them again at any time.

Yes. In each course, the “Discussion” area lets you write to the trainer; you receive the answer by email and in your account. You can also add individual mentoring sessions of 30 minutes or 1 hour to your order to work on your project.

Yes: book a free, no-commitment call from the Book a call page. Describe your project and your availability, and we will suggest a time by email within 48 working hours.

At the start, a short positioning questionnaire tells us about your expectations and your level. During the course, quizzes at the end of the modules check what you have learned: you see your score and can retake them.

Yes. At the end of your course, a certificate of completion is created automatically as a PDF and emailed to you; it includes a verification code. You can also download a certificate of achievement summarising your learning time.

Yes. Mention your needs in the positioning questionnaire or contact our disability officer directly: together we look at the possible adjustments (pace, materials, support).

If something isn't right, use the complaint form: every request is recorded, followed up and receives a written reply.

Check your spam folder. The link is valid for 7 days; if it has expired, use “Forgotten password” on the login page with the email address used for your order.

On a computer, tablet or phone, using a recent browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). No app to install.

Yes: the website is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and your data is never sold. You can update your details in “My profile” and exercise your rights at any time.

By La Poste, in France and internationally; shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown before payment. You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

They are available as soon as you pay, in “My books” in your account, and can be downloaded up to 10 times.
