Learning objectives
- Spot your abilities — Start from what you already do without giving yourself credit, to find up to three leads linked to facts.
- Gather evidence — Explore your own story and the specific feedback of people who have seen you in action.
- Check a lead — Tell passion, ease and talent apart through a small real-life trial.
- Remove your obstacles — Tell the difference between fear, perfectionism, constraints and lack of resources.
- Give each talent a role — A foundation for your income, a bridge to your next step or a resource for your balance.
- Choose a priority for 30 days — Move forward without giving up everything else.
- Improve through practice — Three targeted sessions and one observable indicator.
- Take action — A useful offer tested with real people, one action within seven days and a review.

Programme
1. “Me? No talent at all”: let’s take a closer look
- 1.1 You have no talent… or are you looking in the wrong place?
- 1.2 I love it… but can I actually do it?
- 1.3 “I’m just helping out”: let’s look at what you really do
- 1.4 “It’s easy, so it doesn’t count”: really?
- 1.5 Open the inventory: what’s in your pockets?
2. Investigating yourself: the clues were right under your nose
- 2.1 Your past is more than an album of regrettable haircuts
- 2.2 What you put away in the cupboard… along with your New Year’s resolutions
- 2.3 Ask for examples, not applause
- 2.4 The same know-how sometimes wears different outfits
- 2.5 Gathering the clues: no need to invent yourself a destiny
3. Passion or talent? Out comes the magnifying glass
- 3.1 I love it! Great. So what shall we try?
- 3.2 In your head, it was perfect. Now, let’s try it
- 3.3 “It’s nice”… thanks, but what actually works?
- 3.4 First attempt went wrong: time to shut up shop?
- 3.5 Do I keep it, learn something, or change lead?
4. “I’ll start on Monday”… but which one?
- 4.1 “I’m stuck”: fair enough, but where exactly?
- 4.2 Other people’s opinions don’t need to chair your life
- 4.3 Trying to make it perfect mostly keeps everyone waiting
- 4.4 Your diary doesn’t stretch, even with motivation
- 4.5 Monday now has a date
5. Your talents don’t all have to pay the rent
- 5.1 You love doing it. Do you really have to start a business?
- 5.2 The foundation talent: from know-how to a full fridge
- 5.3 The bridge talent: preparing what’s next without leaping into the void
- 5.4 The resource talent: it does you good, and that matters
- 5.5 One talent, several roles: where does it go?
- 5.6 Everything in its place: draw your talent map
6. Ten talents, just one week: where do you start?
- 6.1 Choosing now isn’t signing up for life
- 6.2 All your talents have their hands up: which one do you call to the board?
- 6.3 Your diary isn’t a shared minicab
- 6.4 Thirty days to move forward, not to marry your choice
7. From potential to practice: time to roll up our sleeves
- 7.1 “Getting better” is great. Better at what?
- 7.2 You’re repeating… but are you progressing?
- 7.3 Without the stabilisers: what can you do now?
8. Your dream has got older. What do we do with it?
- 8.1 “If only…”: your past has grabbed the microphone
- 8.2 You’re taking up an activity again, not a time machine
- 8.3 Your dream changes outfits: do you really have to throw it all away?
- 8.4 Not playing the match any more? You can still help the game grow
- 8.5 Your child is not season 2 of your career
- 8.6 What do we keep, what do we transform, what do we try?
9. You can do it. Who needs it?
- 9.1 You have a talent. Who has the problem that goes with it?
- 9.2 “Great idea!” Yes… but do you need it?
- 9.3 Explain what you bring. The dictionary can take a rest.
- 9.4 Compliments are nice. So what do we do now?
10. The great “someday” starts this week
- 10.1 You’ve filled in worksheets. Now, what do you choose?
- 10.2 “This week” — which day exactly?
- 10.3 A review, not a trial in court
